Those Legs and Butt are a burnin! OW!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 16021)

Hey everyone!

Got a great work out for those legs and butt! Just did this on Monday and everyone loved it!

Starting out with squats

** You are going to do 10 basic squats (watch those knees!) when you get to 10 your going to pulse it out for 10 (10 quick/fast squats) Then back to 10 more nice and slow squats ~Do this 10 times! oh does it work! ~

** Next switching to kicks, starting on the left your going to do 10 front kicks, and then 10 side kicks - then switch over to the right. Run through this little sequence 10 times!!

10 is the magic number today! :P

Next it's time to come down to the mat!

** Starting on the left we will do 10 leg lifts (point toe as your raise and flex foot and you lower) do this 10 times (after you get 10 bring foot back for quick stretch) Next, on the same side, make BIG leg circles do this for 10 and then reverse and go the other way! After you get 10 get a quick stretch and then switch to the right side and repeat! Do this 10 times!

They will feel it the next day!
