Easy Intermediate Step Pattern
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16030)
Part One: 2 8-counts
- Stomp-straddle the step, up-one-lunge, exit off the front (9 counts)
- Stomp the step, one knee (7 counts)
Change to:
- Stomp-straddle the step, reverse one lunge and exit off the back (9 counts)
- Stomp the step, one knee on the floor (7 counts)
Part Two: 2 8-counts
- Walk the corner turning in to face the step - see note below (4 counts)
- 3 Hams on top facing the front - exit off the front (8 counts)
- Over-the-top (4 counts)
Walk the corner (4 counts) - very similar to a box step except you're grounded. To walk the left corner, (facing front) your right foot steps on the step and the remaining 3 steps are on the floor - turning in to face the step so you can go right into traveling corners (or your next move) facing the back.
