Mash-Up Music Cycle
This is a
Cycling pattern from

(pattern 16034)
Mash-Ups are remixes where the dj takes the accapella from one song and puts it over the music from another. Many times there are more than 2 songs in one mash up. This originated in England and is real hot in dance clubs. A lot of remixes could be considered Mash Ups, but it takes a special talent to make them good. I searched hundreds and some could drive me up a wall. These - to me - were the best of the best. My classes loved them - all ages - and I received many requests for the cd. You can Google Mash-Ups or Mash Ups or Bastard Pop to find them. Here's my profile:
- Walk Like an Egyptian Devil - warm up (DJ Riko)
- You Humped Me All Night Long - climb/surge (Mei Lwun)
- Radio Hollaback - climb (Party Ben)
- God Save Madonna - sprint (Smash Derby)
- Pump Up the Doorbell - seated climb (Party Ben)
- Karmastition - standing climb (Mark Vidler Go Home Productions)
- It Take 2 to Kiss - 4 count jumps (DJ John)
- Jet Lady Joe - sprint (Mark Vidler Go Home Productions)
- More Werewolves of Alabama - climb (AudioDile)
- Rock In Black - climb (Mark Vidler Go Home Productions)
- Paperback Believer - sprint (Go Home Productions)
- Rapture Riders - 4 count jumps with heavier (Go Home Productions) resistance
- Shannon Stone - hill sprint (Go Home Productions)
- Velvet Sugar - cool down (Go Home Productions)
- Uptight Maggie cool/down stretch (Go Home Productions)
- Oasis are Gaye - mood (Go Home Productions)
I use a lot of Go Home Productions because I don't need to edit out any "bad" words and the beat and music are more favorable to my classes.
Enjoy!
