3 Repeater hamstring curls {1 high/ 2 butt kix} ***
Left lead
Easy to explain:
* Flex your biceps in the mirror like a strong chick!
** Step onto box - then alternate lunges back 6x - then exit; this is a 16 count step; alternate slapping butt & clapping hands as you lunge...FUN!
*** Instead of a basic ham repeater---hop high on first then stay low & kick bootie on last 2 reps.
