Arms and chest! what a treat! 15 min quickie

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 16042)

Hey everyone! Here is a great little arm/upper body work out! Just takes 15 minutes, so that lunch crowd can get in and out! Let me know if you have any questions :)

You will need a body ball/stabilty ball, a set of heavy dumbells, and a mat.

Starting out on the ball. Laying on it, cue to keep butt up. Stay nice and flat like a table top.

We go through 3 different moves

Alternate through these three to get a total of 6-8 sets! Oh baby they will feel it in their arms! You can adjust the reps/sets as you need to.

After this stand and do:

Alternate through this 2-4 times

Finish off on the mat for 3-4 sets of 8 push ups (regular or modified)
