Ab's of death

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16044)

Hey everyone, just did this ab routine! What a bunch of complainers! ;)

It's awesome and you will really feel it!!

You are going to need a mat, and a step bench with two risers. The risers are going to on under one side to make a little ramp!

First warm up, do a few back rolls to warm up that spin.

Next while standing you are going to do twister slimmers!

Lower body stays stable as you twist at the waist back and forth. The shoulder should be crossing the midline. Do 3-5 sets of 8.

After this come down to the step/ramp. Lay down and bring hands under the bench. Your going to pull knees into chest and then extend them out.

Alternate this with reverse crunchs (legs up and lifting feet toward ceiling)

Do 3-5 sets of 8!


After this come down to your mat. Extend both legs. Cue them to tuck chin and round back and then lift shoulder blades up off the mat. Your going to do baby crunches here. This is a killer! Do 5 sets of 8. Every time you get to your last one in that set HOLD IT for a count of 8-10.

They will love you for it!
