This reverses, so I'll start with 8 of each, then cut down, then right, left. Then I add the second part
To teach this, I start with L-step, over the top there and back, L-step. Then I add the V-steps, then the 3-to-lunge pattern, alternating them.
V-step to lunge = up V-step right, left (1,2). Cross the right foot behind the left to lunge to the floor & back to the bench (3,4), same with left foot (5,6), exit right left (7,8).
It's not too complicated, but by the time you've taught it everyone's heartrate should be up and they should be ready to go! Good luck!
