Full- body warm up
This is a
Warmup pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16226)
- Start with a side step (4) arms come up overhead in a big inhale/exhale
- Grapevine right, grapevine left (4)
- V-step (4)
- Grapevine left, grapevine right (4)
- V-step (4)
- Repeat x 2-4 times
Side lunge, with arm reaching overhead (same arm for same leg) Continue for:
- Arm reaching across chest
- Arm reaching down
- Both arms overhead
- Both arms in circle overhead
(Can add a hamstring curl to the side lunge if desired)
Gets my group motivated & warm! Enjoy!
