Full- body warm up

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16226)

Side lunge, with arm reaching overhead (same arm for same leg) Continue for:

(Can add a hamstring curl to the side lunge if desired)

Gets my group motivated & warm! Enjoy!
