* Hill sprints: I tell them to stay at their peak resistance (like they are at the top of the hill) and we "sprint" on the chorus we only do it 2x and then they get the rest of the song to recover
**Pyramid: I tell them to picture their resistance from 1 being super easy to 10 being the cusp of death and we are going to stay between 3 and 9, we then climb from 3-9 and then the rest of the song I call out random numbers and they have to go there
***Rolling hills: I ask them to picture three hills ahead and we are going to race to each hill, when I tell them they have to stand up and turn their resistance 3 full times we stay there for 20 sec and then take it off, sit, and race to the next hill. We repeat it 3x increasing the amount of time on the top of the hill each time.
I have had so many partcipants request this routine over and over, it's so fun!! Enjoy!!
