Lethal Leslie #46

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16236)

As always, tapless, self-reversing, horizontal step. Assume a right lead for each combo.

Warm Up

Combo #1 (similar combo on youtube)

Rhythm swivel straddle - I start of with just a repeater 2, because it's just an option for a repeater 2. Right lead at the left corner, right foot up at the left corner (1), left foot up behind the right foot at the right corner facing west (2), now switch the feet, right foot goes to east end left foot comes up to west end still facing west (&3), now swivel to face the east (4), straddle down left right (5,6)

*Chasse turn (3) - left lead on the south side of the step facing east, left foot up on the step (1), right foot to the step and left foot kicks out to side (&), left foot to the floor on north side of the step & right foot comes off the step (2), rightt foot on the floor towards the west corner & right foot lifts (3), now you should be facing west and do the stomp.

Combo 2

Walk the plank - just a variation of a 6 count mambo, facing east, left lead, left foot up (1), right foot up (2), left foot stomps the floor on the north side of the step & right foot lifts slightly (3), right foot back on the step in place & left foot starts to lift (4), left foot crosses behind the right foot and lands on the floor south side of the step (5) right foot exits the step going towards the back corner of the room (6)

L-step tic box cha cha cha - right lead at left corner, right foot up on step at left corner (1) left knee up (2), left toes touch the floor (3) left foot goes to the step & right foot swings out to the side (4) right foot crosses over the left foot and lands on the floor at the west end of the step (5), exit left foot to the floor (6) and cha cha cha to the right corner (7,8). When the left foot goes to the step after the toe tap and the right foot goes out to the side I have them bring both hands over their head with their fingers spread. It looks cool when everyone does it.

Rhythm off the ends - an option for stomp the bug. Assume right lead, right foot on step at left corner (1), left foot to the floor and right foot lifts (&), right foot back on the step and left foot lifts (2), exit back home left right (3,4), repeat left lead

Combo #3 (hope to put this on you tube this weekend)

Rhythm V (8) - right lead, up in a V right left (1,2), right & left foot to the floor on south side of the step (&3), now a 5 point mambo off the west end of the step, which is simply a double stomp moving off the end and back. Some may call it a stomping L.

For the 8 point mambo - I left it the same but instead of the 3 count stomp I did a 3 count pivot turn.

Tigger repeater - right lead at left corner, right foot up at left corner (1), left knee up & pivoting to face the east (2), left toes tap floor 3 X's moving back around the end (3,4,5) left knee up (6), exit left right (7,8).
