Tough It Out Strength Ride

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 16239)

This class a lot of in the saddle climbing. I usually do a progressive climb adding resistance every minute. When Karmastition starts we start at 70% of max resistance. By the time we're entering the standing climb on Seasons of Wither the resistance is 85-90% (90% last 30 seconds of last seated climb) and we come out of the saddle to handle the resistance. From there I drop is very slightly but stay strong on the climb so that last flat is a big "Whew!"
