12 days of christmas
This is a
Body Sculpting pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16246)
This was actually done by another instructor at one of the gyms where I teach. I also used it and the members had a blast. they were so busy having fun they forgot they were working out.
Choose 12 exercises. One for each part of the body. Mine looked like this:
- 1 Pushups
- 2 Lunges
- 3 Calf raises
- 4 Tricep kickbacks (2 sets each side)
- 5 Ballet squat center, one leg to back and lunge, ballet squat center, other leg to back and lunge. (this is one rep)
- 6 Bicep curls
- 7 Overhead presses
- 8 Squats
- 9 Chest presses
- 10 Hamstring raises (heel on step other in air foot flexed..lift and lower)
- 11 Dead rows
- 12 Crunches
There is no way to do all the reps as the song does. I just shortened it up the further along we got. Works very nicely....have fun with it
