- Low twist (8)
- Normal twist (8)
- Heel-jog* forward/back (16)
* Heel-jog: three alternating heel jacks (counts 1,3,5), jog forward (counts 6,7,8), repeat to back
- Grapevine right, alternate side kicks X3 (8)
- Grapevine left, alternate side kicks X3 (8)
- Repeat right/left (16)
- Step forward (right foot), knee-lift, march back x2 (quarter turn to right) (4)
- Repeat facing other three walls (12)
- Side step right, three knee lifts (left knee to right corner), step touch (8)
- Side step right, two knee lifts, two step touch (8)
- Repeat this section only with left foot lead
- Long grapevine right, two ham curls (8)
- Repeat to left (8)
- Double squat right, left (16)
