What a Blast!
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

I like to incorporate a segment in the middle of my class that I call cardio "blasts". Basically it is a simple combo of either repetitive kicks, punches or both that increases the heart rate big time!
My class uses bags to kick but you can also do these without.
Standing forward:
- 2 Punches left / 2 punches right
- Front kick left/ front kick right
- 4 Jumping jacks
- (tap gloves & repeat 8x or more)
I then change the kick to roundhouses & repeat
Standing forward:
- 8 Front kicks left (lift and kick)
- Alternate front kicks right and left for 8x
- 8 Front kicks right
- Alternate front kicks left and right for 8x
(repeat 8 x then change the kick to roundhouses)
