Curtsy (8*):
(1) step right on left corner facing left-front
(2) Hamstring curl left swinging leg over bench toward front
(3) tap left floor in front of bench
(4) Hamstring curl left swinging leg over bench toward back
(5) tap left floor behind of bench
(6) Hamstring curl left swinging leg over bench toward front
(7-8) down left/right in front of bench facing left wall
Dancing Straddle (4*) (a la Deborah Puskarich):
(1-2) up right/left
(3 and 4) Triple rock-step right on floor, left on bench, right on floor
Curb Walk:
(1) step on right on left corner of bench
(2-3) walk left-right on floor facing left wall
(4) rock step left on floor, (5) step on right on left corner of bench (6-7) walk left/right on floor behind bench (8) rock step left on floor
- Option #1: On 6-8, spin 360 degrees counterclockwise
- Option #2: On 7-8, cha-cha-cha right-left-right turning 180 degrees clockwise to face right wall
- Option #3: On 5-6, turn 180 degrees counterclockwise to face right wall, then (7-8) Cha-cha-cha right-left-right
5-kick repeater (12*) options: use speed lunges and/or switches for counts 4-5, 6-7, 8-9
Indecision lunge (8) option: use speed lunges counts 4-5, knee on count 6
