Boot Camp Minute TORTURE

Hey everyone! This is the first time I have submitted a routine. This is an entire boot camp class. For the warm up I normally do a few low key jabs, punches, etc. After that, it's time to sweat!
Sequence #1
All 1 minute drills:
- 1. March in place
- 2. High knees
- 3. Butt kicks (run in place bringing feet toward butt)
- 4. Jumping jacks
- 5. High knees
- 6. March
- 7. Ali legs with punches (legs go forward and back like scissor legs)
- 8. Speed skater (lateral movement jumping back and forth landing on one foot with other foot behind, just like a speed skater)
- 9. Jumping jacks
- 10. Step touch
STAIRS x 3 (We do stairs at my gym, we go down and up, do a lap around the room and then go back down and up)
Sequence #2
All 1 minute drills:
- 1. Jump rope
- 2. Squat thrust push up
- 3. Jump rope
- 4. Jack, jab
- 5. Jump rope
- 6. Squat jumps
- 7. Jump rope
- 8. Jack, block
- 9. Jump rope
- 10. Squat jumps over step
- 11. Step touch
STAIRS x 3
Sequence #3
All 1 minute drills:
- 1. Corner to corner kicks (on step)
- 2. Lunges over step with jabs to bag
- 3. Corner to corner side leg lifts (on step)
- 4. Jab, cross left, right
- 5. Corner to corner knees (on step)
- 6. Jab, cross right, left
- 7. Corner to corner ham curls (on step)
- 8. Round house kicks to bag (alternating)
- 9. Corner to corner kicks (on step)
- 10. Step touch
STAIRS x 3
Push ups 10 middle, 10 right, 10 middle, 10 left
Mountain climber 30 seconds
From here, cool down by walking around room, and of course abs...
