This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

I use this pattern to make up a whole class, taking each 32 block separately then putting them all together by the end. Lots of legs - I usually do a tough arm pattern at the end.
- Shuffle right, 2 jacks, 2 power jacks (squat down, hop for 2) (16)
- Kick forward singles while moving forward (8)
- 2 Right kicks (4)
- 2 Left kicks (4)
- Lunge right/left (lo version - tap side to side, hi version - lunge to the ground) (8)
- Step right, right side kick (4)
- 2 Left cross (4)
- Lunge left/right (8)
- Step left, left side kick (4)
- 2 Right cross (4)
- 2 Left knees (4)
- 2 Left side kicks (4)
- 4 Squats (8)
- 2 Right knees (4)
- 2 Right side kicks (4)
- 4 Squats (8)
- Jump star (front/back/right/left) (8)
- Jump rope back (8)
- Uppercuts right lead (4)
- Front back kick right (4)
- Uppercuts left lead (4)
- Front back kick left (4)
Repeat from top, opposite lead
