- 4 Right jabs (4)
- 2 Slow right hooks (4)
- 4 Right jabs (4)
- 2 Slow right hooks (4)
- Right jab - hi/lo while squatting (8)
- Dance and speedbag right arm (8)
Do the right side several times until you can tell they are getting worn out
- 4 Left jabs (4)
- 2 Slow left hooks (4)
- 4 Left jabs (4)
- 2 Slow left hooks (4)
- Left jab hi/lo hi/lo while squatting (8)
- Dance and speedbag center (8)
Do the left side several times until fatigue
- Fast feet (football run) and quick right jab move forward (8)
- Fast feet and quick left jab move back (8)
Keep the fast feet going - call out right or left quick jabs with different directions forward, back, right or left - mix up the order to keep them guessing.
