This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15675)
I usually throw this series in at the end of a hi/lo class to get some extra thigh/butt work.
- Squat right then left (8)
- Squat right 3 pulses (or plyo) (8)
- Squat right 7 pulses (or plyo) (16)
Repeat again on left lead.
