This routine is just fantastic when you want to push a little more your participants!
Stand aside of the bench...
- 3 Tap up and down
- Over the top
- Tap up, 3 heels on the floor (alternate) and 2 jumps (tempo)
- 1/2 Walk around
- Knee up
(You should now be on the same side as the beginning but facing the other way)
- Straddle
- Diagonal
- 4 Jumps going backwards
- Turnstep
- Repeater kick
- 4 T football (sprint)
And start over with the other leg! ;)
