*Walk the plank: starting with the right foot-step on the bench with right with hamstring curl on top of the bench left- left foot on top of the step with right foot hamstring curl-step on the floor right and left foot with 1 jumping jack- repeat with left foot lead. (total 16 counts)
When I teach this particular class, I introduce each combo seperately breaking down each move so members get comfortable with the moves. Then I teach the first combo right/left 3 to 4 times. Then I introduce the second combo, breaking it down the same as the first and teaching the second combo 3-4 times then taking it back from the top putting combo #1 and combo #2 together teaching right/left, right/left- repeating 3-4 time from the top. Then I introduce combo #3 going through it 3-4 and going back from the top adding combo 1,2 and 3 all together repeating 3-4 times.
