This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

This pattern turns 90 degrees with each repetition. After 4 times through, you will have gone in a complete circle. Repeat with the opposite lead, turning to the left.
- Front kick right/left/right, then 1 left side kick with a quarter turn to the right. (side kick towards the front of the room) (8)
- 2 Fast right jabs, 2 fast left crosses (4)
- 2 Fast right jabs, 2 fast left crosses (4)
- Step left, side kick left (4) step left, side kick left (4)
- Shuffle back (4)
- 2 Jacks (4)
- Right jab, duck (4) right jab, duck (4)
- Right side kick, duck (4), right side kick, duck (4)
- Front kick left, back kick right (4)
- 2 Jacks (4)
- Front kick right, back kick left (4)
- 2 Jacks (4)
