- 2 Alternating L-steps (16)
- 1 Corner hamcurl, chasse to backside (8)
- Traveling glute presses (8)
- Up and lunge side to side for 6, exit revolving door (16)
- Mambo cha cha cha x2 on floor (8)
- Stomp around both ends of bench, or walk around bench (8)
Repeat left
- Kicks around the world (16)
- Straddle down, hop up, knee lift exit off short end (8)
- Up up, squat to right, reverse hop turn to front (8)
Repeat left
- Knee on bench, side kick on floor (8)
- Weave over once (4)
- Full pivot on floor on the backside (4)
- "L" around the short end to the front side (8)
- Traveling abductions on the front side (8)
Repeat left
- Jack up two lunges back (8)
- Turn on top and lunge side to side exit on backside with one jack (8)
- Basic jog right (4)
- Reverse V right over the bench, exit off the front (4)
- Knee straddle, 1/2 revolve to front side (8)

- L-jack* (8)
- A-straddle (4)
