Killer Boot Camp

Thanks to those of you who have helped with drills for the Sports Classes and adding to my Boot Camp regime. Here are a few from me - hope you can pick up something new!
Cardio/Strength #1:
Each exercise for 1 minute, using hand weights
- Jog in place (holding light to medium weights)
- Jumping jacks (while doing lateral raises with weights)
- Alternate punches (with light weights) quickly
- Alternate hitch kicks
- Overhead shouder presses
- Right leg front kicks (option: bags can be used)
- Left leg front kicks (option: use kick bags or pads)
- Dive bombers
- Front plank
- Mountain climbers
- Right side plank
- Squat thrusts
- Left side plank
- High hover
- Tricep extensions or tricep dips (medium weights/off bench)
Then after 15 minutes of these drills, I have them run for about 1/4 to 1/2 mile outside then repeat all drills one more time!
A great way to sweat and step up your workout!
