Partner Drills

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 15704)

Split class into 2 groups, each person has a partner. Each group starts at the same side of the room with their partner.

Drill 1:

Group 1 - one bear crawl, one push-up, one bear crawl, one push-up. (do this until Group 1 reaches the opposite wall, or give them a number to complete - depending on the size of your room and level of class). When finished, they run to their partner across the room.
Group 2 - Wall Jumps until Group 1 finishes their drill.

Drill 2:

Both Groups together - wall sits - bicep curls (recovery) - 1 minute

Drill 3:

Repeat Drill 1 with opposite groups.

Drill 4:

Both Groups together - wall sits - bicep curls (recovery) - 1 minute

Drill 5:

Group 1 - High knees across the room and back. (sometimes I do tempo high knees for 1/2 the length, then half-time from mid-way to the wall. Repeat back to other side.
Group 2 - wall jumps until group 1 partner finishes.

Drill 6:

Walking lunges (singles) down one length
Walking lunges (pulse 3) return length

Drill 7:

Repeat Drill 5 with opposite groups.

Any downtime - waiting on partners, etc. - jump rope!
