Sassy Action for Hi low
Repeat on left
** 1/2 time squats= down for 2 counts, (right side leg out first) up 2 counts; then the left side leg out and squat 2 counts, up 2 counts=8 counts. (HIGH=jumping instead of standing up for 2 counts)
I always start off teaching this part with many repeats of this squat, (32-64) including holding one or two for 30 seconds or 1 minute (they GROAN with joy!)
I end the whole set doing pattern #3 again 4X: all on it's own, the we'moon LOVE to kick! And then some 1/2 time squats and jogging in place for 1 minute, incorporating wide runs and faster or slower paces.
