Hi! I used this in my class and they loved it. I am not a singer but I tried to sing the verses. Put on some Christmas tunes and start with the first day of x-mas and keep adding a day. (Example- On the third day of Christmas my Instructor gave to me -3 frontal raises, 2 upright rows and a push up on the step....etc, etc) We kept moving pretty quick. Merry Christmas!!
