Deannas' Quickie!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 15577)

I always begin the class with hi-lo warm ups they love it!

Combo 1

(left lead)

Combo 2

* Z-step: its over the top, diagonal, over the top, knee over home.

** Power side is like a side leg except you hop on step with the one leg while the other is in the air (real quick like!) 4 counts each side

*** Superman: glute squeeze over the bench!
