Have a Ball!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15587)

This is a great work out for the arms! You will need a step and a stability ball. You may make up any step routine you like, but I would suggest making it simple since you are incorporating the stability ball. Give instructions for your participants to pick up the ball and hold it in front of them so that they can look down and see the step between them and the ball. Also hold the ball low enough so that they can see their faces in the mirror. That is if you have mirrors.

I guarantee your arms will be tired after this!!
