This is really fun and gets your heart rate up. For low impact, I just do a basic V-step and replace the hops with step touches.
Repeat same 3 times (for a total of 24 counts), then add 4 left knee lifts (total count of 32)
This will set you up to repeat same pattern with left lead.
Here's another fun one...
I love to learn little "blocks" of 32 count patterns. I just add them together any way that I like while I'm teaching my class. It keeps my routines fresh but familiar at the same time and I am almost always in sync with my music!!
