- Jumpshot 4x
- Charleston 4x
- Knee straddle knee
Add on:
- Knees to the corners, 4x
- Repeater knee three, left corner
- Basic one time
- Repeater knee three, right corner
- L-step with a side kick
Leading right...
- Step turn 2x
- A-step 4x
- V-step 4x
- Lunge from a V position, 4x
- Up on step, V-Lunge for 8 (alternating lunges)
- I-step (one Jack on bench, your choice off)
- Step turn 2x
- Kick to corners
- Center alternating knees up
- L-step
- Cross bench horizontal
That's it!
My make it to your count, but all the steps are easy to follow and can be put to any music. I combined this workout with lunge kicks, squat, tubing and abs for a total body workout.
