* Knee straddle hop kick off (8)
Right lead: 1 Knee straddle down (4) jump onto the step with both feet (5) kick left leg (6) step down left (7) right (8)
** Shuffle forward shuffle back (8)
Right lead: (I use a shuffle turn as my base move) Shuffle forward like a shuffle turn on the front side of your step (1,2) straddle down left/right (3,4) shuffle backwards on the back side of your step (5,6) straddle down (right/left) (7,8)
*** Single single double (this is done on the floor)
(Base move I use: 4 hamstring curls or hopping hamcurls)
Right lead: Hop onto right leg, left foot comes up into a hamcurl (1). Hop onto left foot, right foot come up into a hamcurl (2) Hop back onto right leg 2 times. So its hop,hop on the same leg (3,4) Repeat with left lead. Hop left, hop right. double hop left.
