This is a Step pattern from (pattern 15637)

Keep It Simple & Sweaty! Horizontal step, tapless, self-reversing.

Combo 1

Repeat left

Combo 2

Repeat left

NOTE: option of skiing 2x instead of 4 for lower impact.

Combo 3

Repeat left. Repeat right and left. Really reach back on the lunges and punch the arms forward alternately or together.

Combo 4

Repeat left

Combo 5

Repeat left


1,2) up right/left in a V,
3-6) jump in, out, in, out on top
7,8) exit right/left.

Note: for less impact you can walk in and out and exit or jump in and out using 2 counts and exit.

**Hoedown (variation on an inner thigh repeater):
1-4) step up right, double inner thigh repeater left,
5,6) left hamcurl at a slight angle - you are trying to touch the opposite "cheek" - reach back with the right hand to touch the foot
7,8) exit left and right.
