Keep It Simple & Sweaty! Horizontal step, tapless, self-reversing.
Combo 1
- Right, Run on top 6x, exit right/left (8)
- Right, Power squat on floor (4)
- Left, Power squat on floor (4)
- Right, Skate with power on top (8)
- Left, 2x Travel hamcurl (8)
Repeat left
Combo 2
- Right, 1/2 L-step with knees (4)
- Right, Ski 4x right/left/right/left on floor (4)
- Right, Across the top with knee up on 4 (4)
- Left, Ski 4x left/right/left/right on floor (4)
- Left, Across the top with knee up on 4 (4)
- Right, 1/2 L-step home, walk down left/right (4)
- Left, 2x Travel knee lift (8)
Repeat left
NOTE: option of skiing 2x instead of 4 for lower impact.
Combo 3
- Right, Up and lunge back 10x, exit right/left (24)
- Right, Abductor repeater (8)
Repeat left. Repeat right and left. Really reach back on the lunges and punch the arms forward alternately or together.
Combo 4
- Right, 2x Rocking horse with a hopturn on counts 5/6 (16)
- Right, 1x V-jump (8)*
- Right, 1x Travel kick (4)
- Right, 1x Charleston kick (4)
Repeat left
Combo 5
- Right, Revolve over the top (4)
- Right, Shuffle/jog/march forward around the end (4)
- Right, 1x Hoedown (8)**
- Left, Revolve & shuffle (same as first 8 counts) (8)
- Left, 2x Travel adductor (aka soccer kick) (8)
Repeat left
Footwork:
*V-Jump:
1,2) up right/left in a V,
3-6) jump in, out, in, out on top
7,8) exit right/left.
Note: for less impact you can walk in and out and exit or jump in and out using 2 counts and exit.
**Hoedown (variation on an inner thigh repeater):
1-4) step up right, double inner thigh repeater left,
5,6) left hamcurl at a slight angle - you are trying to touch the opposite "cheek" - reach back with the right hand to touch the foot
7,8) exit left and right.
