This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

I just put this one together and my classes LOVE it! Hope you do too!
Horsestance (facing front of room)
- Step-together right 2x (8 count)
- Left cross, right side kick 2x (8)
- Chain step (grapevine) left then hop out 2x and in 2x. (8) (hop out feet wide, in feet together)
- Speedbag for 8 count
Total 32 count
Repeat left side until they get the hang of it. Then add the next 32 count.
- Jab forward diagonal right 4x (8)
- BIG step touch back 2x, jack 2x (8)
- V-step 2x (adding on jabs with the wide step, uppercut with the narrow step) (8)
- Jack 4x (8)
32 count for a combined total of 64.
Here's what it looks like from very beginning to very end:
- Step-together right 2x (8)
- Left cross, right side kick 2x (8)
- Chain step (grapevine) left, hop out 2x, hop together 2x (8)
- Speedbag 8 count (8)
- Jab forward diagonal right 4x (8)
- BIG step touch left back, jack 2x (8)
- V-step right 2x (8) *add jab and uppercut
- Jack 4x (8)
Repeat everything left side:
- Step-together kick left 2x (8)
- Right cross, left side kick 2 (8)
- Chain step right, hop out 2x, hop in 2x (8)
- Speedbag 8 count (8)
- Jab forward diagonal left 4x (8)
- BIG step touch back right, jack 2x (8)
- V-step left 2x *add jabs and uppercuts (8)
- Jack 4x (8)
