Lisa from Chapin, SC asked for some more ideas for children, but I use this with adults also.

I make a stack of cards with cardio and strength activities. Typically about 30 for a 60 minute class. Depending on how intense your class is you can make the activites accordingly. For example, jumping jacks X 50, squat jumps X 50, sprints X 5, etc. Then I divide the class into teams, shuffle the cards and put them at one end of the aerobic room, gym, whatever. When I say go, the first person on the team goes and gets the first card, brings it back to the team which completes the task. Once everyone has completed it, then next person on the team goes and gets the next card. I shuffle the cards so the teams are doing different exercises at different times. I include break cards for 30 seconds, 1 minute, etc. to give everyone a drink break. The first team to finish all the cards wins. It is always a ton of fun and an extreme workout.
