- Feet together reach up to the stars with small hop (8)
- Step touch right/left (8)
- March 3, kick on 4 move forward (16)
- Grapevine right/left/right/left move back on angle (16)
- Ham curls right/left/right/left (8)
- Around the world right/left (8)*
- Step abduct immediatly 3X (8) step right (if you are leading around world with right leg) lift left leg 3 times, don't step onto left leg
- Squat left leg,lift right leg, squat right leg lift left (8)
Repeat combo with left leg lead on ham curls
- Mambo right 2X cha cha (8)
- Mambo left 2X cha cha (8)
- V-step to the front 2X right/right (8)
- V-step to back 2X right/right (8)
- Face front reverse lunge (16)
*Around the world: double step touch with arms that circle up and around
This combo is fun and can be very high energy by adding plyometrics to the step touch in the first combo. Add a hop in the around the world step and plyo to the reverse lunge. The only section that changes leads is the middle combo. BUT each leg gets the same amount of work due to the design of the steps. Even though each section is not 32 count, by the end all the pieces work together. This combo is teachable to almost anyone because of the easy right lead. I can use this for seniors as well as my best students by varying the intensity. Email with questions if you need.
