- 4 Reach and leap (reach with right hand, left leg extended, moving sideways)
- 4 Jacks (repeat other side) repeat 8 times
- 12 Sumo squat (step out to the right and squat, then to the left, that is one)
- 12 Squat with leg lift (squat then extend right leg to the side) repeat on left
- 12 Squat glute squeeze (squat then extend right leg back) repeat on left
- Shuffle right for 4 then squat pulse for 3 and jump (repeat on left)
- Repeat 8 times
- Lunge forward
- Lunge side
- Lunge back
- (alternate legs) Repeat 12 times
- 4 Butt kicks
- 2 Plyo squat turns (squat on one side then jump and turn to squat on other side) repeat segment 12 times
- 12 Shoulder cirles forward (arms straight out with light weights and circle arms forward)
- 12 Shoulder pulses (arms still straight out and pulse)
- 12 Shoulder cirles backward (arms straight our with light weights and circle arms backward)
- 12 Shoulder pulses (arms still straight out and pulse)
- 4 Double knees (high knees with 2 counts on each side)
- 4 High knees
- 12 Tricep extenstion (lying on your back hands up with weights and extend down with elbow movement only)
- 12 Tricep kickback (lying on stomach extend arms back with elbow movement only)
- 12 Tricep dips
