Monday Night Warm UP

An easy "get ready to go" warm up. This simple easy to teach pattern incorporates high and low range of motion (using high, low and full range arm movements) and is appropriate for all levels of class participants.
Right lead:
Part I (total 32 counts):
- March in place (4 count)
- Out-out-in-in (4 count)
- Step touch (8 count)
- Walk up and back (8 count)
- Grapevine (8 count)
Part II (total 32 counts:
- 4 Single knees (8 count)
- 4 Single hams (8 count)
- 4 Single knees (8 count
- 2 Single hams; 1 double ham repeater (8 count)
Repeat above on left lead then repeat the entire pattern 1-2 times if possible during your warm-up period.
