Basic Warm Up

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 15935)

Hi I am a newly qualified instructor so I thought I'd submit this simple warm up I have done it a couple of times and it seems to work let me know what you think. All combos are a total of 32 counts.

Then you are ready to go from the beginning on the left leg.
