Basic Warm Up

Hi/Lo pattern from

Hi I am a newly qualified instructor so I thought I'd submit this simple warm up I have done it a couple of times and it seems to work let me know what you think. All combos are a total of 32 counts.
Combo 1
- 2x Grapevine right/left (8)
- 4x Single alternate hamstring curls (8)
- 2x Boxstep right (8)
- 2x Boxstep left (8)
Combo 2
- 4x Kicks forward (8)
- 4x Side taps (8)
- 4x Kick back (8)
- 4x Jump jacks (8)
Combo 3
- 4x Power squats (8,8)
- 4x Single hamstring curls (8)
- 4x Side steps (8)
Then you are ready to go from the beginning on the left leg.
