Cardio boost

Thanks for all the great ideas. I have only been teaching for about a month, and have learned so much!
I did this the other night in class, and I thought it went over really well. At the end of my cardio section of my class I really give my class a boost of energy!
- Begin a high knee run sequence for 20 seconds then slow down for 10 seconds
- Continue with high knee run for 30 seconds then slow down for 10 seconds
- Finish that sequence with 45 seconds to slow down and end your cardio part of the class.
It seemed to keep them going with a bit of rest in between. I used it three times during the class using high knees, cross country skiing, and a football jog!
