This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15940)

This is a really simple idea but is a bit of fun. Usually I do helicopters in the deep as a recovery move but it can be done shallow.

Have your participants suspended with either a noodle or pair of dumbells under their arms. Get them cycling their legs then ask them to twist their left hip to the ceiling or sky while they are still cycling their legs, they will start to turn around in a circle clockwise, after one or two circles ask them to twist their right hip up and unwind, they will start to turn anti-clockwise. If they twist too far over they will do a summersault! Most of my participants love this move and really wizz around.
