Dance Fit 1 - Madonna
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from

If you love Madonna try this combination as a warm up, the two combinations can then be "performed" to Madonna's song "Hung Up" - bascially all her moves from the filmclip just made into aerobics!!!!
Combo 1
- 1 - 8 Turn grapevine x 2 (right/left) - clap on end
- 9 - 16 Alternating step clicks x 4 (stick the bum out - make it sexy)
- 17 - 20 Both arms push up, up, down, down
- 21 - 24 Arms wiggle in a C-shape motion + wiggle bottom (washing windows)
- 25 - 28 Roll arms and wiggle bottom
- 29 - 32 Step and turn (either a box step turn or pivot turn)
Combo 2
- 1 - 4 Step kick (kick to the side) (right/left)
- 5 - 8 Madonna walks x 4 with show hands side to side - down low
- 9 - 16 Tap right with hip movement - slow x 2, fast x 4 - with a punch stance with arms
- 17 - 32 Grapevine + roll arms on the end x 2 (right/left) - bend down on grapevine with a punch arm action
