- (5-6) 1/2 mambo
- (7-12) Hamstring curl x3 (L-shape)
- (13-16) Double knee crossover
- (17-20) Double side step left
- (21-28) 4 Side lunges left, right, left, right
- (29-32) Mambo (or pivot)
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-4) Leap forwards x2
- (5-8) Pony forwards x2
- (9-16) Baby mambo x3
- (17-24) 4 Repeater kick or kick ballchange (option: turning)
- (25-32) Knee lift x4 travelling backwards
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Double lunge backwards x2
- (9-16) Deep double lunge backwards x2 (bending both knees) (option: power kunge x3 and jump feet together)
- (17-20) Grapevine with hamstring curl
- (21-32) V-step x3 (option: 1 forwards, 1 backwards and 1 shimmy)
