Sonia's Scoopin' The Warm-Up/Cool-Down

This is a simple combo that uses both the step and the floor. It is easy on the brain cells during the hot weather and can be added to or made more intense quite easily. It works equally well for a warm-up by increasing the intensity as you move through it or for a cool-down by decreasing the instensity. Hope you can use it.
Stay facing the front of the room throughout:
- Right lead on the step, double glute squeeze (4)
- Left lead on the floor, walk back left/right/left/right (4)
- Left lead on the floor, 2x double scoop left/right moving forward (8)
- Left lead on the floor, grapevine left/right (8)
- Left lead on the step, 2x, mambo (8)
Repeat left
