Saturday Step with Style

2 64 count routines.
- (8) Stomp left corner, stomp right corner, 1 jack
- (8) 2 V-steps
- (8) 3 Hamstring curls on top exit off the front of the bench
- (8) 4 Step touches on the floor in front of the bench
Make this combo more interesting by eventually changing the 2 V-steps to 1 hourglass (1 V-step facing front, 1 facing the back on the floor). Also change the 4 step touches to 'step touch in a box', which is a step touch facing the frong, turned side ways, facing back, facing other side.
The 4 step touches in a box should leave you facing sideways in front of the bench.
- (8) 2 Slow jacks (out 2 counts, in two counts)
- (8) Double stomp, 1/2 hop turn, straddle
- (8) Knee up straddle twice
- (8) Mambo cha cha cha straddle, do the cha cha cha in the straddle position so you can alternate the lead leg for the mambo
From your straddle position
- (8) Hop back twice, 1 basic run up, you're facing the end of the bench
- (8) 1 T-step
- (8) 2 Mini turnsteps on the end of the bench
- (8) March forward and back on the floor with a knee
- (8) 2 Long way over the bench
- (8) Double knee, lunge exit off the back of the bench (the lunge is deep)
- (16)3 A-steps facing the bench, 2 jacks
