Sweat it Out Box Warm-Up

This is a great warm up to really get their heart rate up and moving! During the entire warm up you are Boxer Skiping. If you have newbies you can always have them march the first 32 counts instead of Boxer skiping, then have them join in when they feel ready!

- Left jab x8
- Right left jab x16
- Right cross x8
- Left cross x8
- Right left cross x16
- Right hook x8
- Left hook x8
- Right left hook x16
- Right uppercut x8
- Left uppercut x8
- Right left uppercut x16
- Right jab left cross right hook left uppercut x16
- Left jab right cross left hook right uppercut x16
- Squat down on 1 2 up on 3 4 x 16
- Right ham stretch
- Left ham stretch
- Right quad stretch
- Left quad stretch
