Sweat it Out Box Warm-Up

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15974)

This is a great warm up to really get their heart rate up and moving! During the entire warm up you are Boxer Skiping. If you have newbies you can always have them march the first 32 counts instead of Boxer skiping, then have them join in when they feel ready!

Grab a drink get ready to work out!!
