More Aqua choreography, deep or shallow

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 15977)

I usually use most of the moves during my warmup, then stretch only the hamstrings, with a kick front at 1/2 time, and a cross country ski with a leg crossed behind for hip flexors.

Combo 1

Repeat, but with rocking horse left, travel to left and jog backwards

Combo 2

Note: eventually I take it to a jack/ski (single jack, single ski) for 16 counts

Combo 3

I teach 1 then 2, then 1,2, then 3, then 1,2,3,

I'll add an abdominal component, usually hang time. Perfectly perpendicual, ankles crossed, and have them breast stroke up, then backwards down the pool. Cue tummies tight, don't bend the knees, ankles don't drag, nor does the bum lead.
