Kiran Sawhney's Alphabetic Steps
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15979)
This class I made very interesting. There have always been beginners and advance levels, mixed in one class. This class took care of all of them. It gave a very intresting workout, the class had fun and worked on almost all body parts.
In the beginning I announced that I was going to teach them alphabets. A was no more apple and B was no more bat. Everything was going to be learnt, as they say, 'from the top." As I went about telling them, what each alphabet was, they kept doing the moves repeating for a minute or so. So here is my list. Of course the workout first started with warm up and had good cool down in the end.
