My class has been cycling for quite a while. They loved this and were challenged by it as well.
- Kryptonite (3 doors down)-- Warm up
- Yeah (Usher)-- Warm up
- Welcome to the Jungle (Guns n Roses)-- 1 minute climb to 20 second run with increase in tension each time around.
- Milkshake (Kellis) -- same as above
- Heartbreaker (Pat Benatar) -- no bounce with jog on chorus
- Sweet Dreams (Techno Remix) -- 30 second seated climb add resistance, 30 second standing climb add resistance, 30 second run, 30 second recovery
- The Rockafeller Skank -- can be seated or standing, cyclist should push themselves to high zone 3
- Riverdance dueling violins -- seated same resistance as above, follow music with sprint for the final 45 seconds.
- Holiday (Green Day) -- Jog with standing sprints on chorus
- Temperature (Sean Paul) -- Jumps
- Pretty Fly (Offspring) -- standing climb with double time on chorus
- Californication -- cool down
- Serenity (Godsmack) -- stretch
