Here are 2 simple combos that can be broken down easily and drilled many repetitions.
Facing the left wall of the room, but focussing front, cue:
Still facing the left side of the room, now focussing left, cue:
2 targets, 2 directions of focus. Repeat as desired. Shuffle out and turn around and begin same combo facing right wall of room. I usually cue members to elicit a big "kiai" ( shout! ) on the side kick & it really helps get their energy flowing.
Even simpler. Facing the front of room, cue:
Here you have one target, but must nail the pivot for a well executed side kick. Again a big kiai on the kick works wonders. Good form and intensity on the uppercuts and good torso rotation and hip placement on elbow strikes. Repeat starting left.
